Planners

We work with clients to clearly identify goals and create a blueprint for achieving them. It allows our clients to know exactly what we’re doing and measure our performance against a standard. Spontaneity will always have a place but a strong foundational framework is essential.

Writers

In an industry that sells itself on Twitter management and blog buzz, good writers can be hard to find. Our team has penned effective speeches, op-eds, bylined articles and even bestselling books. Our writing provides the substance behind brands and marketing campaigns.

Pitchers

Everyone at SeaChange works directly with the media to pitch stories and nurture relationships in the ever-changing world of editors, reporters and producers. We make it our business to know the people behind the news.

Analysts

We like to know what works. That’s why we lead focus groups and direct professional research to clearly identify consumer attitudes and behaviors. You don’t know what you don’t know until you take the time to find out.

Small

It’s a conscious choice that allows us to be very selective about the projects we take on and remain personally involved in each and every one of them. We don’t pass clients off to junior account executives and we don’t plan to grow for growth’s sake.

Fun

At least we think we are. We celebrate our clients’ successes; we mourn a bad quote or missed opportunity. We love what we do and believe that a positive outlook and approach can be infectious. But we’ll let you be the judge of that.

We track the results of our efforts closely and demonstrate to our clients the value we create. Otherwise, we’d be out of work.
One of these people is a newspaper journalist, the other is a blogger. The difference between old and new media from the perspective of media relations work is minimal – getting coverage still relies on knowing whom to talk to and how.
